CLEARVIN Vehicle History Reports include Title and Brand data from the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS) as well as theft and lien information that is added to Vehicle History Reports and is not provided by NMVTIS. Through its partnership with NMVTIS, CLEARVIN Vehicle History Reports are available for automobiles, motorcycles, buses, trucks, recreational vehicles (RV’s), motor homes, and tractors.   • Confirm that you are using the service at your own risk and agree to relieve ClearVin from responsibility to indemnify any losses as a result of an occurrence.
  • Agree to protect the proprietary nature of the ClearVin Report and the validity of ClearVin’s copyrights. You acknowledge that CLEARVIN owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the services, including all intellectual property rights as well as trademarks.
  • You acknowledge and agree to the limitations on the use of ClearVin Vehicle Report which states that you should not reproduce, alter, modify, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, redistribute, or exploit for any commercial purpose any VIN report or information included on any VIN report.
